Proposed Estate Worker and Market Rent Homes
The Estate will retain 14 of the new homes for use as key estate worker homes. There will also be some open market rent homes (the final plots as yet to be confirmed) which will cross-subsidise the construction of the affordable and estate worker homes.
These homes have been designed to blend in with the affordable homes, using the same materials and features.
